Feature:
1. Double station and lifting type unwinding, automatic deviation
correction device, automatic tension device.
2. The coating head can adopt the method of reticulate pressure
coating and reverse coating according to customer requirements.
3. The tension is controlled by sections, and the frequency
conversion stepless speed regulation is adopted. Control the
minimum shrinkage of the substrate, and use multi-point
synchronization and PLC to control the synchronous operation of the
whole machine.
4. The oven can adopt open type and side door type oven according
to customer requirements, and the crawler belt conveys the
substrate; 5. The oven fan adopts high-speed fan, frequency
conversion control.
6. Double-station rewinding, automatic tension rewinding, non-stop
rewinding, and automatic edge correction to ensure neat edges of
the finished product.
