Descripition:
Do the static load test for the adhesion force of adhesive tape,
under certain load automatic timing adhesive tape can holding time
to confirm the timeliness of adhesive tape.
Cut 1 inch wide strip adhesive tape affixed to SUS # 304 stainless
steel plate, after 2kg of standard rolling wheel to speed of 300mm
per minute rolling back and forth for 3 times, the steel plate
hanging on the test machine, plus provisions weight, when the
adhesive tape falling from steel, the timer automatically retention
the test time.
This is used to assess the durability of adhesive for adhesive
tape, and after improved, the product can be adapted to a variety
of high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, low humidity
and other harsh environments.
Working principle:
The test board with test sample is hung vertically on the test
stand, and a weight of a certain weight is hung at the lower end.
After a certain period of time, the displacement of the test sample
or the time of the sample's complete disconnection are used to
express the tensile resistance of the adhesive tape.
