Feature:
1. Rewinding in set length, tabbing, overturning, cutting off, end
rewinding, rewinding shaft load/unloading, core loading/unloading
and finished products output are finished automatically. The entire
producing process has been achieved the unmanned operation.
2. Material release and corona treater etc are optional between
unwinder and slitting device.
3. Pneumatic slipping type rewinding shaft, the air pressure
changes according to the changing of diameter, especially suitable
for rewinding of big diameter tape.
4. Be able to adopt razor blade, score knife or circular knife for
slitting device.
5. Waste trim rewinding, equip with detecting device for waste trim
breaking.
6. Moveable low noise cover, effective reduces noise, comply with
the environmental requirements.
7. Easy and fast changing of different aluminum mould, the
installation and adjustment will not exceed 15 minutes.
8. All power is driven by AC servo motor.
9. All working situation of jumbo running and core loading can be
monitored by video.
10. General line-distributing electrical control system can
long-distance diagnose fault by install MODEN via Internet.
